RE class 1 pocket sliding door with 1 leaf – DOOR WITH ALUMINIUM CASING AND HOLLOW CORE

Supplied complete with a declaration of materials used in Fire class 1.

Supply of interior pocket door with one or two leaves (recessed in wall) clad with plastic laminate perfectly flush with rounded jamb and frame profiles with 12/22 mm radius in EN AW 6060 T5 extruded aluminium alloy with general tolerances to EN 12020/2 in implementation of Italian legislative decree 81/2008. Profiles with 13 UM natural silver anodized finish or RAL coating, constructed as follows:

Rw 37 dB PANEL

With finished thickness of 46, core in rock wool matting, thickness 34 mm, high density 80 kg/m3 (Sound reduction index at 500 Hz in 100 Hz to 3150 Hz frequency spectrum: Rw 37dB. Measurement of sound insulating power of the panel according to ISO 140 part 3 of 1995 and ISO 717 part 1 of 1996) with perimeter surround in double 50×50 pine block board with core in rotary cut pine composite, clad on both sides in 4.2 mm thick extra-hard fibreboard, with the entire assembly clad with another extra-hard class 1 flame retardant 8/10 mm fibreboard on two sides. Panel finished with 9/10 gauge class 1 plastic laminate in choice of standard colours; non-standard colours available at a surcharge. 46×20 mm aluminium jamb profile as above, with click-in fixing system and flush with laminate facing, rounded and shaped in such a way as to achieve an optimal seal with the frame.

FRAME

Made of extruded aluminium profiles as above, rounded and without live edges, 1.5 mm gauge, for sliding pocket casing (on request the frame can be made of timber with paint finish).

HARDWARE

Vertical latch lock with free/engaged indicator or cylinder lock, recessed handles or fixed handles in metal or silver aluminium. The pocket door requires a subframe (not supplied) to be installed with rendering or plasterboard (not supplied).
