Glazed pivot-sliding door with 1 aluminium profile leaf

Supply of interior door with single pivot-sliding glazed leaf with opening movement in both directions. Rounded leaf and frame profiles with 12/22 mm radius in EN AW 6060 T5 extruded aluminium alloy with general tolerances to EN 12020/2, in implementation of Italian legislative decree 81/2008. Profiles with 13 UM natural anodized finish or RAL coating, constructed as follows:

PANEL

Leaf with 10 mm thick toughened glass or 4+4.1 sandwich glass with rounded perimeter profiles with 12/22 mm radius in extruded aluminium alloy with 13 UM natural anodized finish or RAL coating, 46×90 mm section and bottom plinth of 46×100 mm.

FRAME

Made of extruded aluminium profiles as above, rounded and without live edges, 1.5 mm gauge, preassembled with aligning squares and equipped with double brush seal on an aluminium support. The frame is composed of two elements assembled telescopically:
A) Profile functioning as internal casing and seat for insertion of profile B);
B) External casing serving to conceal the subframe (variable for wall thicknesses from 10 cm >).

HARDWARE

Composed of pivot mechanism in stainless steel so the door can open in both directions with a variable reduced radius, horizontal adjustment of +/- 3 mm with the panel installed to distribute the gap between leaf and frame evenly and allow perfect pivoting and sliding movement, with approximately +/- 5 mm height adjustment with the door installed in the frame track; the door can also be used as an emergency exit. The top track is made of heavy gauge extruded aluminium with silver anodized finish and load capacity of up to 160 kg, while the trolley features super-quiet bearings with 6 rollers of which 2 acting as thrust bearings and serving as a soft-stop mechanism. The door hardware also includes a magnetic self-closing lock that secures the door in a central position automatically exclusively in the closed position, causing it to be perfectly aligned at the rear of the frame; the door can also be used as an emergency exit. Anti-snag lever handle in F1 silver aluminium complete with rose and escutcheon, thumb-turn with free/engaged indicator or cylinder lock installed at height of 90/100 cm from the floor.
Zuin Special Doors pivot-sliding mechanism tested on pivot-sliding door with finished 1246 mm leaf (up to clear passage width of 1200 mm) for 120,000 complete opening and closing cycles (60,000 opening and closing movements for each side).

The door is supplied preassembled in all parts.
