DOOR WITH ALUMINIUM CASING HOLLOW CORE HINGED DOOR 1/2 LEAVES

HINGED DOOR

Supply of single or double leaf hinged interior door, clad with plastic laminate perfectly flush with rounded jamb and frame profiles with 12/22 mm radius in EN AW 6060 T5 extruded aluminium alloy with general tolerances to EN 12020/2 in implementation of Italian legislative decree 81/2008. Profiles with 13 UM natural silver anodized finish or RAL coating, constructed as follows:

PANEL/S

Finished thickness of 46 mm, hollow core filled with extra-hard mineral fibre, with perimeter surround in double 50×50 pine block board with core in rotary cut pine composite, clad on both sides in 4.2 mm thick extra-hard fibreboard, with the entire assembly clad with another extra-hard 4.2 mm fibreboard on both sides. Finished with 9/10 gauge plastic laminate in choice of standard colours; nonstandard colours available at a surcharge. 46×20 mm aluminium jamb profile as above, with click-in fixing system and flush with laminate facing, rounded and shaped in such a way as to achieve a perfect seal with the frame.

The double leaf door is equipped with top and bottom concealed locking mechanism.

FRAME

Made of extruded aluminium profiles as above, rounded without live edges, 1.5 mm gauge, preassembled with aligning squares. The frame is composed of two elements assembled telescopically:
A) Panel jamb profile with groove for flame-retardant class V0 seal, with function of internal casing and seat for insertion of profile BB) External casing serving to conceal the subframe (variable for wall thicknesses from 10 cm >).

HARDWARE

Comprising 3 adjustable aluminium butt hinges on each leaf, shaped to match the casing and door profile, with removable pin and sockethead screw fixing, silver anodized finish, 180° opening, complete with 19×65 mm stainless steel backplate; hinge dimensions 74×79.2 mm.
Vertical magnetic lock with anti-snag lever handle in F1 silver aluminium complete with rose and escutcheon, thumb-turn with free/engaged indicator or cylinder lock.
Mounted at height of 90/100 cm from the floor.

The door is supplied preassembled in all parts.
